Below Stairs received Top 50 Bars Sustainable Bar of the Year 2024 and are 27th in the Top 50 Bar Awards so it's safe to say you'll be in some capable hands. They'll be bringing three of their unreal Sipsmith cocktails and Mannie, Below Stairs' owner, will be chatting through their processes on how they operate with their sustainability. We'll throw in a glass of fizz as well because its Halloween...
This is a tasting event and will last for 1.5-2 hours, we'll then be straight into a full blown Halloween party afterwards.
MOST IMPORTANTLY - this is fancy dress. There is a prize for best dressed. Pressure is on.
